Adopt A Trail Head

Economy , Education , Environment
Located just one mile west of the Verlot Public Service Center in Verlot Washington is a little store that hosts rehydration for hikers of the regions 3 dozen trail systems. This 55 mile historic scenic byway needs attention and cleanup at most of the trail heads and some of the forest roads within the Mount Baker Snoqualmie National Forest. LET'S HELP THE CLEANUP EFFORTS BY ORGANIZING A PLAN TO BRING ALL THE DEBRIS BACK TO THE VERLOT PUBLIC SERVICE CENTER FOR DISPOSAL
Make A Difference
The entire region will benefit from this cleanup effort and with our forest service in need of everyones support, the public has an opportunity to give back in such a positive way. During the camping season many recreate in the area and HooDoo manages the cleanup efforts for the campgrounds only.
Our Inspiration A need to improve public stewardship to a region that has such amazing historical relevance to our United States history, regional and ecological impacts over the past century and a half. The outdoor recreational resources are amazing and in need of attention throughout the southern corridor.
